Terms of Service

These terms apply to design services provided by Drafter Studio. Each project also has a written quote that sets out its scope, price and timeline. If the quote and these terms disagree, the quote wins.

Scope and revisions

Revisions are unlimited within the agreed scope. Requests that change the scope are flagged and quoted separately before any extra work starts.

Payment

Fixed price projects are billed 50% upfront and 50% on delivery unless the quote says otherwise. Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be paused or cancelled before the next billing date.

Ownership

Once an invoice is paid in full, you own the final deliverables, source files and any front end code we wrote for you. Third party assets such as fonts or stock images remain under their own licences.

Portfolio use

We only show your project publicly with your written permission.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share anything sensitive.
